Aim
Part of the strategy to make the Hospital da Luz an innovative space with the most advanced technology included equipping the hospital with a modern assistance management system in a Corporate TV environment. On establishing itself as a unique communication support for the hospital, the solution aims to become a really useful resource for customers, both in terms of guidance and institutional information as well as entertainment.
Solution
Given the size of the hospital’s structure, the channel and assistance system may be found in a number of strategic points such as entrances, service counters, waiting rooms and main corridors; overall, around 50 terminals were installed. Mobbit Systems was responsible for the entire conceptual and technical management, guaranteeing the maintenance, management and production of content. In view of the hospital’s wide range of public, the channels’ content grid was differentiated, catering both for adults and children.
Implementation
Implementation of the project accompanied the opening stages of the hospital and presented a “key in hand” solution with two technological platforms (assistance management and corporate TV), dispensers with “touch screen”, screens and content; at a very competitive price.
